Mastercraft has been servicing our campers for many years. We travel all over the country and have never had the quality of service that is right here in our own lil town. We have bought new camping trailers from Matercraft. We love our 25 ft Shasta. Son is using it now with his family. We trust them with our older camper. We received the same expertise and treatment either way. Their prices are more than fair. Give them your business. If you had a bad experience from the original owners, know that the present owner and technicians are different; they are superb! Happy camping friends. We are on the road again.

First time using this location for service. Darrin and John were very good at keeping me informed before the camper was dropped off for service and as repairs were underway. Had some rodent issues from being stored at Ft Campbell Gate 7 lot and had to get parts from ordered from Amazon due to age of camper. Tom is an outstanding mechanic and totally feel he went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. I just picked it up today and not going to get to use it until next spring but feel 100% confident in his work. Glad I tried this location and now I have a dependable service center.

I was halfway through an 8000 mile trip and I started having issues with my electrical harness between my coach and tow vehicle. I called Mastercraft and they said bring it in and they’ll look at it. They diagnosed the problem and found a replacement part locally. I’ve not had any issues since. I greatly appreciate how quickly Mastercraft resolved my problem.
